"I'll be honest. I'm not crazy about paying a realtor 5 to 6 percent of the selling price, but David earned every penny of it. David is an extremely knowledgeable realtor and on top of that, he's humble and a very hard worker. He made our lives so much easier through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. People really aren't kidding when they say that selling your home is very stressful. David helped us through our first home sale and purchasing our second home and we definitely saw value on both sides of the transaction. On the selling side, we ended up with a price that was more than we were hoping for due to his ability to appropriately price, market, and negotiate. We then purchased a new home from a builder that David had already had plenty of experience with, so he knew what we could reasonably ask them to throw in for their asking price. "We started working with David 3 years ago when we bought our first home - a condo in South Waterfront. Our experience with him could not have been more positive.
