    Looking at the 12 month period from March 2014 to February 2015, the Tigard real estate market saw appreciation of 5.23%.  Over the same period 1,297 homes were listed for sale and 952 successfully sold.

    February 2014 saw an average sales price of $326,804 an increase of $8,514 from February 2013s average sales price of $318,292.  Average days on market decreased from 81 (2/14) to 54 (2/15).
